Our Helpline
Our confidential helpline offers support and advice on domestic and sexual abuse.
Call 07712 117986
(if you, or the person you are calling about, are in immediate danger please call 999)
The line is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm and is covered by a trained volunteer. If the volunteer is unable to answer your questions, she will try to find out for you or signpost you to other support providers.
Calls to this number may appear on your phone bill, so please ensure that it is safe to call and that calling will not put you in any future danger. Please consider calling us from a friend’s phone (with their permission), or a work phone. Alternatively, use the short form on this page and then read our advice (insert link to cover your tracks page) on preventing abusers from following your tracks online.
